How CandidPro Works
Similar to other clear aligner systems, CandidPro works by using a series of custom-made clear aligners to apply gentle pressure to the teeth. After we scan your teeth and design your treatment plan, your aligners will be mailed to you. You should wear each set of aligner trays for 20 – 22 hours each day for around 1 – 2 weeks. You will use the advanced CandidApp to keep our team updated on your progress.
Some mild cases take just 6 months to complete, but some patients need to undergo treatment that lasts up to a year or longer.

Are There Any Dietary Restrictions with CandidPro Clear Aligners?

There are a few steps we recommend taking, starting with rinsing your clear aligners with cool water each time you take them out. Before you put them back on, use a damp, soft-bristled toothbrush and clear, mild dishwashing liquid to remove food particles, plaque, and other debris from the surface. Last, but certainly not least, soak them for 15 minutes or so in a cleaning solution designed specifically for clear aligners each morning or night. Although this isn’t mandatory, it will go a long way in preventing unpleasant stains and odors.
What Should I Do If I Lost One of My CandidPro Clear Aligners?
It’s always best to start by retracing your steps. Since CandidPro clear aligners are clear and, therefore, see-through, it’s important to be very thorough.
